USAGE OF IELTS

IELTS is a standardized test which measures a person’s proficiency in English Language. Its scores are of utmost importance and hold good in many universities.

A good IELTS score is mandatory for admission in the universities of UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Apart from a good IELTS score, universities also expect a good GPA (Grade Point Average) from the students from their past education.

The usage of IELTS though can be explained in different forms and through various presentations.

  6. There are arrangements made for disabled people as well. Such as:

    Special arrangements include the following:

    1. Enlarged print and brailled test papers, an amanuensis to write answers, a Braille word-processor – for those with visual difficulties.
    2. Special amplification equipment, lip-reading version of the Listening module – for those with hearing difficulties.
    3. Extra time for the Reading and Writing modules, use of a word processor – for those with learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia).

    USAGE IN HR

    USAGE IN HR HR people use IELTS for the following:

    1. To shortlist fresh graduates for entry level position.
    2. To replace it’s in- house English test.
    3. To use an English requirement standard for promotion.
