Registering for IELTS is not a tough job now.

If you register for IELTS within 5 weeks of the test date, you cannot postpone your test date or get a refund without official medical report.
There are currently more that 300 IELTS test centers in over 120 countries world-wide.

To search for a test center, please visit the official IELTS website.
However this form is also available with your nearest IELTS centre.
To register through British council, another procedure can be followed.
